Urgent issue during a live event?
Mid-tournament scoring or sign-in problems.
If something is blocking play right now, email support@19fairways.com with URGENT in the subject line and include your event name and the affected players. We monitor that inbox closely on event days.
Temporary workaround: the event admin can record scores manually and enter them into the app once the issue is resolved.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to download an app to use 19Fairways?
- No. 19Fairways runs in your phone's web browser — just open the link and sign in. Native apps for iOS and Android are on the way.
- How do I sign in?
- Sign in with your Apple, Google, or Microsoft account. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email," add a contact email in your profile so organizers can invite you to events.
- I was invited to a tournament but don't see it.
- Make sure the email on your profile matches the one your organizer used to invite you. If you signed in with Apple Hide My Email, add your real contact email in your profile and reopen the app.
- How do GPS distances work?
- When you allow location access, the app shows yardages to the front, center, and back of each green during a round. You can turn location on or off anytime in your device settings.
- I closed the app mid-round — how do I get back to my scorecard?
- Reopen the app. On the day of your round, a banner appears at the top of your dashboard to take you straight back to score entry.
- How do payouts and "settling up" work?
- The app calculates the money for each format automatically. Add your payment handles (Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle) in your profile so your group can square up after the round — these are only shown to people in your events.
- How do I delete my account or data?
- Email support@19fairways.com and we'll remove your account and associated data.
